The Beverage Tasting Institute of Chicago (BTI) awarded Buen Amigo Reposado 100%,  Don Alvaro Aņejo and Don Alvaro Blanco with the Gold Medal after competing with more than 15 of the world's best tequilas, each on a different category, in the 2005 International Review of Spirits Competition. 

According to the official results of the 2005 International Review of Spirits Competition (soon to be published on BTI's web site http://www.tastings.com/), Buen Amigo Reposado 100%, was rated as the best among the world's best tequilas in the category of "Reposados". It was recognized as "Exceptional Tequila" by the vast pannel of experts whom tasted over 15 of the best tequilas in the market.

Not only Buen Amigo reposado achieved the highest recognition, but also has demostrated once again that is the best option for the consumer. The best tequila for a great price!.
